How about this cottage for a weekend get-away? this cottage is just one of the Meadowood family
suites and lodges in Napa Valley, California.
Of course the first thing I’m looking at is the ceiling…
[blush]… but look at how this simplistic style and appreciation for
architecture creates the whole aesthetic.
Doesn’t this space just scream cozy cottage? This is a great
way to personalize a space without overdoing it. Even subtle hints of the rafters in one of
the lodge rooms are enough to bring the barn feel in without feeling like you’re
staying in one.
