Majestic creatures like horses rarely need someone to highlight their beauty, but talented Roberto Dutesco has brought that beauty to a whole other level. These photos are just a sampling of the stunning images Dutesco was able to capture on Sable Island and give us a brief insight into the feral life of these horses. The history of the Sable Island horses originates back in the late 18th century when horses were brought to the island for pasture. The herd that now lives on the island is legally protected from any human interference.
The majesty of these creatures radiates through these photos. I can only image what it must be like to see them in person. With a photographer as talented as Roberto Dutesco we are fortunate to bask in the radiance of these wild horses. Owning one of these photos would be a true honor.
