So there's some good news, and some bad news.
Good News (cause good is always first): My clients horse-related activities permit is submitted and being processed! Now all we have to do is wait and see what the Town has to say. We've also been on the hunt for a couple of trail horses for them. It's been fun and exciting!!
Bad News: Because of the rush on the permit process and the horse-related activities the pool house plans for the same Connecticut client have fallen a little bit behind. They're almost at the completion point but there are still a few tweaks left here and there. Bring on the CAD crunch! I'll share a little screen shot of the plans once they're perfect.
